Overview Process Associate Engineer - Dry Etch role at VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC). If you share the same passion to pursue excellence, join us to make an impact and be part of something specialRole Summary You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes with data-driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in the Dry Etch module. Key Responsibilities Monitor and sustain dry etch process; assist in running and verifying process recipes on dry etch tools. Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality with urgency. Continuously improve process stability and capability; enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards. Assist to conduct experiments, analyze complex datasets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls. Support to analyze production anomalies and maintain/improve statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes. Education Qualification & Essential Experiences A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer with in-depth knowledge Experience working in a 12" (300mm) fab would be advantageous Opportunity to travel to Taiwan for training (Subject to needs and expectations)Key Skills and Attributes Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse backgrounds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcomes. Goal-driven and an excellent team player who can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
