Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programmes Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources, cost loadings, S-curves, Programme Narratives, and scope appreciation presentation Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling programmes Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program Ensure timely submission of materials with approvals Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules Assist in the overall interfacing and coordination works as and when required Requirements Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Good understanding of construction industry practices and standards to perform planning and scheduling At least 3 years’ experience in large scale projects with hands on experience doing planning and scheduling for E&M and building works Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Candidate with 4D BIM knowledge will have an added advantage Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently to produce programmes, narrative and histograms Meticulous, eye for details and a good team player Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment This is a site based position Information provided in response to this job advertisement will be treated in strict confidence and be used for recruitment purpose only.
