Job Title: Florist (Specialising in Orchids & Bouquets) About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day operations, creating beautiful floral arrangements (with a focus on orchids and bouquets), and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Design and prepare floral arrangements, bouquets, and orchid displays to meet customer needs and special occasions. Assist with daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and maintaining a welcoming shop environment. Provide friendly and professional service to customers, offering guidance on flower care and arrangement choices. Handle transactions, manage stock, and ensure products are fresh and presented attractively. Support store promotions and events related to floral sales. Requirements: Experience in floral design, particularly orchids and bouquets, is preferred. Sociable, approachable, and customer-oriented personality. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for flowers. Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license (for very rare emergency deliveries).
