Responsibilities:
KOL and Affiliates Identification and Recruitment:
Identify and recruit KOLs and Institutional KOLs.
Track KOL performance initiatives generating reports to provide insights on ROI, engagement, and impact on trading volume.
Recommend optimizations based on data analysis to enhance future campaigns.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Provide support to Global initiatives being the liaison between Central Teams and local markets.
Work closely with Marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive and integrated KOL strategies.
Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all KOL activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and Binance’s policies.
Ensure constant cooperation and connection with the Global and other regions' teams to exchange results and learnings, and provide support.
Market Research and Industry Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and the competitive landscape to keep Binance’s KOL strategies relevant and effective.
Provide regular feedback to the Marketing and Product teams on market insights gathered from KOL interactions.
Event Management:
Organize and manage events such as webinars, live streams, and meetups with KOLs to engage with the community, drive discussions, and promote Binance.
Referrals:
Lead Retail Referral Program development and implementation in collaboration with Lifecycle, Marketing, and Ops Teams.
Track Retail Referral Program performance looking for constant improvements and higher impact on metrics.
Constantly seek innovative initiatives to keep users engaged and encourage them to promote the program.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to enhance the program.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage (Spanish native/ Portuguese is a plus).
Self-learning personality and ability to work independently.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous experiences in BD or marketing would be an advantage.
Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus.
Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable.
