As part of our business expansion, we seek a Project Manager to lead and manage a team focused on data analysis projects. You will oversee projects end to end, act as a hands‐on Data Analyst, coordinate team members, develop project plans, and present proposals to clients. Experience in PMO or Business Analyst roles is essential. You will also support business development initiatives and contribute to company growth activities. Responsibilities Lead data analysis initiatives in the banking sector, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery. Manage and coordinate cross‐functional teams and internal consultants to ensure alignment and efficiency. Serve as a hands‐on Data Analyst when required, performing technical analysis and execution. Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and recommend effective, data‐driven solutions. Provide consulting support across both business and IT domains to optimize outcomes. Prepare comprehensive documentation and facilitate meetings, workshops, and knowledge‐sharing sessions. Support business development activities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum 10 years of experience in established consulting firms as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. Strong data analysis experience, especially in implementing data architecture within the banking industry. Project management experience mandatory, with ability to lead assigned projects and work as a hands‐on Consultant. Banking industry experience (operations or systems) required. Strong knowledge of data architecture, system implementation, and development. Proven experience in SQL, data visualization tools, and programming languages. Logical thinking, problem‐solving, and project leadership skills. Understanding of banking operations and IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL). Experience in business analysis, consulting, and client engagement. Strong communication and documentation skills.
