Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator
Job Description:
A highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator is required to manage, control, coordinate, and oversee the full spectrum of project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage interfaces and coordination works, design, and construction projects.
  • Liaise with statutory agencies, clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and project site operation teams to facilitate installation works and progress on site.
  • Develop project schedules and attend site meetings or progress meetings with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and site project teams.
  • Handle all correspondences/documentation and prepare reports (emails, site progress reports, weekly updates, project schedules, etc.).
  • Monitor and manage approved project budgets by management and provide value engineering to work scope and materials.
  • Manage and resolve design and technical issues with site managers/coordinators/supervisors/factory managers.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Provide direction and support to project teams.
  • Quality assurance.
