Responsibilities Performance Management: Administer the performance review cycle, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance‑related matters, and ensure a fair and effective process. Compensation & Rewards: Support the design and implementation of the rewards strategy, manage compensation and benefits programs, and conduct market benchmarking. Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements. Industrial Relations: Handle industrial relations matters, including managing union relationships, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with IM. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in HR, with a strong focus on industrial relations and policy management. Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Attributes: Proactive, detail‑oriented, and a collaborative team player. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
