Position: Freelance Physiotherapist (1-to-1)Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate children's physical development, mobility, strength, and coordination. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child’s specific needs, goals, and abilities. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on improving physical function, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. Utilise evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises to engage children and promote their physical well-being. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and effective integration of therapy goals into daily activities. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each child’s progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and best practices in physiotherapy and special education. Requirements: A recognised degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. Previous experience working with children, especially those with developmental delays, disabilities, or special needs, in a one-to-one setting. Strong knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy practices and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with children and their families. Ability to work independently and adapt treatment plans based on each child’s progress and evolving needs.
