Responsibilities
Provide frontline operational support, which includes explaining filing requirements and documents needed for applications.
Process high-volume online applications efficiently and effectively within timelines.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide support services for users.
Manage day-to-day system requests, liaise with technical support specialist to resolve issues raised from internal or external stakeholders.
Participate in projects to improve existing workflows and update SOPs.
Note: This role will be in shifts as follows:
8am - 1pm
8am - 4pm
4pm - 12am
12am - 8am
Transport/Night shift allowances may be granted on specific shifts.
Requirements
Must have
IT application
or
IT customer service experience .
Candidates with strong
learning ability
may be considered.
Must be
IT-savvy
or able to
learn IT systems quickly .
