Role Summary Role Summary: As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage a team focused on data analysis projects. In this role, you will oversee projects from end to end, acting as a hands-on Data Analyst while coordinating team members, developing comprehensive project plans, and presenting proposals to clients. Experience in PMO or Business Analyst roles is essential. Additionally, as a Project Manager, you will support business development initiatives and contribute to company growth activities. Responsibilities Lead data analysis initiatives in the banking sector, overseeing project planning, execution, and successful delivery. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and internal consultants to ensure alignment and efficiency. Serve as a hands-on Data Analyst when required, performing technical analysis and execution. Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and recommend effective, data-driven solutions. Provide consulting support across both business and IT domains to optimize outcomes. Prepare comprehensive documentation and facilitate meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Support business development activities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field Must have at least 10 years of working experience in established consulting firms as a Business Analyst or Project Manager is required. Strong data analysis experience is required, particularly in implementing data architecture within the banking industry. Project management experience is mandatory, with the ability to lead assigned projects and work as a hands-on Consultant. Banking industry experience (in operations or systems) is required.
