Job Description: As a valued member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing tailored financing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their directors. You will engage with clients to understand their business needs, offer suitable loan products, and build long-term relationships that foster trust and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell a range of financing products, including: Business loans Commercial property loans Trade financing Other tailored financial solutions Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred (but not mandatory – training will be provided). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
