Job Description:
We are a food manufacturing company certified under ISO 22000 , looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Executive to oversee and maintain our food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
- Conduct routine internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Monitor hygiene practices across production, packing, and storage areas
- Ensure SOPs, checklists, and records are properly maintained and updated
- Handle non-conformance reports and follow up with corrective actions
- Support external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. SFA)
- Verify calibration of measuring tools and cleanliness of equipment
- Conduct staff training on food hygiene, safety, and QA protocols
- Assist in traceability, product recalls, and quality verification
- Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of QA/QC experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Familiar with ISO 22000 , HACCP, GMP, and SFA regulations
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and documentation processes
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office and QA documentation
- Singaporeans or PRs only
