Are you the AI leader who wants to shape national-scale AI strategies and drive responsible innovation across industries?

Join an elite team to drive digital transformation across sectors to lead initiatives at the intersection of generative AI, trust, and business adoption. You will join a strategic team that partners with researchers, industry players, and government stakeholders to pioneer impactful AI solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • You will lead a small team of experts to develop and implement national-level AI and Trust strategies, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You will conduct deep technical due diligence on advanced AI tools and providers and translate complex technical insights into business-aligned recommendations.
  • You will drive the development of generative AI solutions—both hardware and software—including early use cases, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts across domains such as healthcare and legal.
  • You will ensure AI safety and trust principles are embedded in technology development and implementation, aligning with broader digital governance efforts.
  • You will shape and run grant programs to encourage AI adoption, support research commercialization, and engage in ecosystem development through workshops and strategic events.

Who we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field required; PhD preferred. Candidates should bring several years of hands-on AI development experience and prior management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to both build and evaluate advanced AI solutions.
  • Skilled at bridging technical and non-technical discussions—able to communicate with researchers, industry stakeholders, and policy leaders alike.
  • Proven track record in AI safety or ethical AI implementation, ideally across multiple sectors.
  • Experience with grant program management or public-private innovation projects is an advantage.
