About the company
Our client is an established global company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As part of their plan to aggressive growth plan in Asia, they are now hiring a new IT Governance Manager | GRC | Information Security to be based here in their headquarters here in Singapore.
About the job
You will be responsible for:
  • Lead reviews of technology risks and controls to validate compliance with IT policies and standards.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate risks by analyzing IT service and project deliverables to maintain a clear view of the technology risk landscape.
  • Systematically track and monitor risk mitigation actions to ensure complete and timely closure.
  • Consolidate and report on technology risk issues, exceptions, and emerging trends to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze risk data from incidents, audits, and other sources to identify recurring patterns and systemic weaknesses.
  • Provide management with early warning insights to facilitate timely and effective decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage evidence of control compliance for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Support the IT policy lifecycle through coordinated reviews, deviation tracking, and approvals.
  • Assist in creating and delivering awareness training to promote strong technology governance practices.
  • Build & Refine: Develop and manage our IT governance framework (think COBIT & ITIL).

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in IT Governance & Risk. Exposure to ISO 27001, PDPA, COBIT) is required for this role.
