Join the winning team nowWork you’ll do Lead and oversee client engagements, including compliance seasons planning, managing tax compliance deliverables, ensuring timely delivery of services in accordance with agreed service levels and client expectations. Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for tax-related queries, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Assist with review and improve internal processes to enhance client service efficiency and technical accuracy. Keep abreast with the latest employment related regulatory development, ensuring all work complies with applicable laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to team members to foster professional growth and maintain a motivated, high-performing engagement team, including assisting with conducting training sessions as part of these responsibilities. Assist in managing the financial performance of the engagement, including timely billing. Requirements Possess Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/MIA/MICPA). Mininum 8 years of working experience in SG Individual/Personal Income Tax. Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines. Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Prior experience in managing junior team members/leading a team.
