Wealth Management Onboarding Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the onboarding process for new wealth management clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Conduct thorough due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to comply with regulatory and internal policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations teams, to facilitate smooth client onboarding. Monitor and track onboarding progress, promptly addressing any issues or delays. Ensure data integrity by accurately inputting and maintaining client information in relevant systems. Assist in the continuous improvement of onboarding processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. Stay up to date with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance. Provide high-quality support to clients by addressing queries related to the onboarding process. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in client onboarding, wealth management, or a financial services role preferred. Strong understanding of KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems. Problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges proactively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
