We are looking for an organised and proactive Deputy Executive to join the Nursing team, reporting directly to the Chief Nurse. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Peritoneal Dialysis nursing programme. You will coordinate patient training visits, manage referrals and treatment transitions, maintain accurate records, and support nursing staff with training and compliance documentation. You will also oversee inventory and clinic operations, liaise with internal and external partners, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance patient care and nursing service delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
PD Operational Support - Home Support Programme and Clinic
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on operational issues, such as hospital visits and collaborations for PD patient training.
  • Manage the administrative process related to the PD programme, including creating and approving new referrals, and coordinating the dropout and
