Budget up to SGD 165K Base + CommA Financial technology global community that focuses on the cross-border payments desk is ready to onboard a Program Manager to join the team to lead the APAC market development of a new line of products serving existing new client segments. As Program Manager you will be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. You will be working closely with the market sales team, global product teams, and regional marketing team to develop programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. A strong understanding about APAC's product offerings across the region, understanding market trends and developing strategic initiatives to drive high incremental sales, volume and revenue is important. To be the ideal candidate, you have to be capable of working strategically with internal and external stakeholders while also being capable of leading the development of solutions for our customers. Overseeing the following: An execution-oriented manager with strong attention to data A performance driven owner who is highly analytical Effective working as an individual contributor and as part of a virtual team Developing a budget and operating plan for the program Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement Ability to uncover trends, opportunities, and leads and mobilize and collaborate with sales teams to go over and build new pipeline opportunities Push sales team forward and help to close an opportunity Can develop a programmatic or campaign-based approach to scaling new segments and opportunities. What you will bring: Up to 8 years' experience in business development, sales, and program management Strong entrepreneurial or market entry track record Consistent Delivery of performance and financial results Hands on building a GTM program, stakeholder management and leadership demonstration Prior Online/High-Tech/Fin-Tech experience Cross Border, B2B supply chain/cross border trade and card payments for business expenses and supplier payments Prior experience in leading cross company teams If this sounds like you, please send your updated cv to me at #J-18808-Ljbffr
