Key Responsibilities Supporting the Group Head, Tax to manage the tax risk of the Group on a global basis. This includes progressively rolling out the Group's Tax Risk and Governance Framework from HQ to overseas subsidiaries, assessing their tax risk profile, identifying, mitigating and rectifying tax risk. Responsible for developing processes and framework to comply with changes in tax/regulatory requirements such as country by country reporting and BEPS 2.0 compliance requirements. Review tax processes and implementation of automation solutions, where appropriate, to capture appropriate data for tax reporting. Analysis of Budget announcement and providing a summary and changes and impact analysis for dissemination to senior management and various affected business units.
