If you are as passionate as we are in clinical trials and research, we want youCADENCE The Cardiovascular Disease National Collaborative Enterprise (CADENCE) is a national program for cardiovascular research that aims to strengthen the overall impact of cardiovascular research and translation in Singapore through: (1) synergising efforts across Singapore through the establishment of Joint Platforms to improve patient outcomes and establish Singapore as a global leader in cardiovascular disease (CVD) research; (2) overcoming common barriers to research at the systems level; (3) driving commercialisation efforts; and (4) demonstrating the power of these synergies through a series of practice‐changing use cases. CADENCE will be housed as a business unit within the Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), a wholly‐owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) Pte Ltd and anchored by the CVD research programmes and commercialization platforms of partner institutions (MOHT, NHCS & NHRIS, NUHCS & CVRI, NHG Heart Institute, KTPH, A*STAR, NUS, Duke‐NUS, LKC). Role: The Assistant / Project Manager is part of the clinical operational team and/or Strategic Planning & Development Unit in CADENCE. The incumbent will work alongside members of the project team to provide project management service for projects that fulfil eligibility criteria, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with Good Clinical Practice, protocol requirements and applicable regulatory guidance. Responsibilities: Lead project discussions independently, effectively and efficiently. Oversee and manage key projects, review progress, track KPI and draft progress updates. Ensure smooth and effective conduct of research projects according to applicable regulations by informing study teams. Maintain stakeholder engagement, readiness for changes and adherence to approved project scope. Allocate and utilize resources efficiently. Coordinate activities with a wide range of collaborators across Singapore and internationally. Find innovative and creative solutions to complex scientific, operational and logistical challenges when working with internal collaborators and external partners. Ensure project team members possess the required skillsets. Contribute to a proper research quality framework for implementation in CADENCE. Manage budgeting and accounting of research funds, ensuring sufficient budget for intended purposes and that funds are expensed according to proper financial policies and guidelines. Job Requirements Degree in Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Clinical Trials Management. At least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical project management. Advanced proficiency in project management and expert knowledge of ethics and regulatory management is advantageous. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Team player with strong multi‐tasking and time‐management skills. Meticulous, self‐motivated and able to work in a fast‐paced environment. Good command of English, with strong written skills for minutes and report writing. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Availability to work after office hours (for international calls) and occasional weekends if required, with prior arrangement provided.
