We are currently seeking a reliable and results-oriented Market Research Associate to support a time-sensitive survey initiative targeted at business leaders and professionals.
Overview
This is a project-based opportunity suited for individuals with general professional experience and a proactive, client-facing approach. The key responsibility is to drive survey participation through on-the-ground outreach at business centres and offices, supported by phone and email follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Visit business centres, offices, and relevant business hubs to drive survey participation
Engage professionals face-to-face and persuasively encourage survey completion
Professionally communicate the purpose and importance of the survey
Follow up via phone and email with potential respondents
Track progress and suggest ideas to improve outreach effectiveness
Support basic data analysis and help synthesize insights when needed
Requirement
Professional demeanour with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating conversations in person and following up via phone/email
Proactive, dependable, and able to manage fieldwork independently
Based in Singapore and able to travel during the day
Available to start immediately and support the project for the next month
Previous experience in customer service, sales, outreach, or admin roles is preferred
Qualification
Open to individuals with prior work experience, preferably in customer-facing, sales, outreach, or coordination roles.
Background in Business, Communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Email templates, outreach scripts, and necessary tools will also be provided
Exposure to a real-world market research project and direct business engagement
