Junior Marketing Coordinator (Tech MNC /FinTech/ UP3K+)Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC We are looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator (Fintech/Insurance Product)The role will start out as a contract Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred The Talent Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field Ideally 1-2 years of experience in finance, insurance, fintech, lending, or digital platforms Proven track record in commercial analysis, marketing coordination, or stakeholder management Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides and ideally BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign tracking tools Basic understanding of insurance products, marketing campaigns and/or financial metrics Job Description Commercial Tracking & Reporting: ○ Assist in tracking sales, revenue, and adoption metrics for insurance products ○ Prepare regular reports and summaries for the teamHighlight key observations to support decision-making Marketing & Campaign Support: ○ Help coordinate marketing campaigns to drive awareness and usage ○ Ensure campaign materials are accurate and aligned with product guidelines ○ Collect feedback and track campaign results for review Stakeholder Engagement: ○ Liaise with internal teams (product, legal, finance, operations) to align on insurance initiatives ○ Manage relationships with external partners including insurers, brokers, and regulators ○ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product delivery and compliance Next Step Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package Send your resume to ***********@Adecco.com All shortlisted candidates will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
