Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions to complex problems in large-scale infrastructure.
Create web applications in distributed environment.
Define the priority and deadline for specific projects and follow up on delivery results.
Work closely with the development team to continuously improve the current platform.
Skills Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Solid C# foundation, including asynchronous programming, collection usage, etc. Familiar with common design patterns.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Git is required.
Exposure to Redis, Kafka, Microservices is a plus.
Practical experience in troubleshooting and testing in large-scale distributed systems.
Familiar with modern development methodologies such as Agile, Test Driven Development, SCRUM, microservice governance.
Non-Technical / Soft Skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong project management skills, including managing project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder relationships.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
