Business Analyst - Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in process automation and data visualization to support our cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively with various departments, and experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions that drive process improvements and enhance business outcomes.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI for data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including UAT and post-Go-Live support, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare project documentation, stakeholder presentations, and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance business performance.
