Technical Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and energetic candidate to join our team as a Junior Technical Sales Executive. This role combines technical understanding with customer engagement, offering hands‐on experience in supporting sales activities, preparing proposals, and working closely with internal departments. Training will be provided. The incumbent is to support the supervisor for tendering projects. Job Description Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and potential customers. Support senior sales staff in managing existing client accounts. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. Attend client meetings with senior team members to understand customer needs. Provide basic product and technical information to customers (training provided). Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Technical & Product Support Learn product specifications, applications, and technical features. Assist in preparing technical presentations and product demonstrations. Coordinate with the design/operations team for technical checks and solution proposals. Coordination & Project Handover Work closely with internal teams (Design, Operations, Warehouse, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing. Support project handover by preparing necessary documents and communicating customer requirements internally. Job Requirement Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Architectural/Construction field, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of technical or engineering concepts (training provided). Good problem‐solving skills with attention to detail.
