Responsibilities and duties
Make sales and hit the Target and KPIs
Sourcing candidates (partially conducted by the company as well)
Career counseling and job change support for candidates
Hearing companies\' hiring needs and proposing job opportunities
Matching candidates with companies and coordinating interviews
Providing interview preparation and resume/CV advice
Post-offer follow-up and onboarding support
Analyzing recruitment market trends and providing insights
Report to the Director daily
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor degree or equivalency.
Must have more than 3 years of working experience as Sales or Career Consultant
Having working experience as a Career consultant will be an advantage
CEI certified candidate will be an advantage
Someone who
enjoys interacting with people
and is passionate about career support.
A person with
logical thinking, proposal skills, and negotiation abilities
to create value.
A team player who
takes initiative and acts proactively .
Someone who
resonates with our company’s Credo .
