Key Responsibilities Programme Coordination • Support the management and execution of workforce development and reskilling programmes for industry professionals. • Collaborate with partner companies, training providers, and government agencies to ensure seamless programme operations. • Track participants’ progress, verify documentation, and prepare accurate reports and claims. • Maintain structured records and data dashboards to monitor outcomes and ensure compliance. Talent and Education Outreach • Support student and school engagement initiatives such as career talks, industry showcases, and education outreach events to inspire future engineers and technologists. • Assist in planning and delivering workforce-related events, workshops, and campaigns that strengthen Singapore’s semiconductor talent ecosystem. Operational Excellence • Manage documentation, scheduling, and communications efficiently. • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all administrative processes.
