Senior Engineers – ATE Test Development (AMS & HSIO)We are looking for Senior Engineers with solid experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test program development and validation in the Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS)and High-Speed IO (HSIO)domains. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, validation processes, and hands‐on expertise working with high-speed interfaces and mixed-signal technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop, debug, and validate ATE test programs for complex SoCs with AMS and HSIO content. Work closely with design, DFT, and validation teams to ensure complete test coverage. Execute test bring‐up, correlation, and debug on ATE platforms. Analyze silicon behavior and characterize performance across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) corners. Optimize test programs for quality, yield, and test time. Perform root cause analysis for test failures and drive corrective actions. Develop validation strategies and execute validation plans for IP blocks and SoCs. Maintain comprehensive documentation for test and validation processes. Required Skills and Experience 5–8 years of experience in ATE test program development and validation . Strong hands‐on experience with AMS and HSIO testing , particularly in: Experience with Teradyne , Advantest , or equivalent ATE platforms. Proficient in scripting and programming (e.g., Python, Perl, C/C++) for automation and debug. Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, BERTs, etc.) and lab debug processes. Deep understanding of signal integrity, timing analysis, and electrical validation of high-speed interfaces. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to production test environments and yield improvement techniques. Experience with correlation between bench and ATE data. Knowledge of silicon lifecycle (bring‐up to production ramp). Familiarity with DFT concepts and scan-based test insertion. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or related field.
