Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Integration Test Engineer to join our team, with a focus on system integration testing in the 5G basestation system test. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing wireless communication systems, specifically in 5G, and will possess strong technical expertise with integrated testing instruments. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology in the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· System Integration Testing: Design, develop, and execute system integration tests for 5G communication systems, ensuring the performance and functionality of the integrated components.

· Test Design & Execution: Independently create detailed test cases and test plans, execute tests, and analyze results to identify system issues or performance discrepancies.

· Testing Instruments: Utilize 5G wireless integrated testers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other 5G test UE testing instruments to assess system performance.

· Documentation & Reporting: Write clear and concise test reports, documenting test procedures, findings, and recommendations for system improvement.

· Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and development teams, to resolve issues and ensure the successful integration of system components.

· Standards Compliance: Ensure that testing and procedures align with industry standards, such as 3GPP, and regulatory requirements for wireless communication.

Qualifications:

· Experience:Relevant industry experience in system integration testing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in 5G communications.

· Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with wireless communication standards, especially 3GPP, and a strong understanding of 5G technologies.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using 5G wireless integrated testers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other testing equipment.

· Testing Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, with the ability to independently design, execute, and document tests.

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.

· Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and performance issues in a timely manner.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

· Background in telecommunications network architecture and performance analysis.

· Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking systems.

Education:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
