As a Functional Consultant specializing in EPM - HFM/FCCS, you will be responsible for designing and developing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS). Your primary tasks will involve collaborating with various business stakeholders and specialists to implement FCCS and provide post-implementation support. You will also be required to provide best-fit architectural solutions and lead Proof of Concept developments.Your role will include offering solution architecture for business problems, platform integration, as well as crafting and developing sophisticated features to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the applications design architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS- Lead the implementation and enhancements of FCCS- Act as the Application Design point of contact for the FCCS Team- Provide solutions for existing Architecture Design on the current system- Collaborate effectively with other groups within the organizationRequirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPM- Experience in implementing EPM cloud with a strong focus on Application Development processes, expertise in FCCS/HFM, and a good understanding of the consolidation process- Proficiency in Requirement Gathering and Solution Design- Desired functional knowledge including an understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation, calculations, and disclosure in financial statements- Sound functional knowledge in Finance, accounting, General Ledger, and Sub Ledgers- Proficiency in Financial Reports and SmartView Reports- Experience in Multi-National Implementations- Ability to write test schedules and test scenarios for Integration testing and User Acceptance testing- Experience in interfacing with clients and senior executives to understand requirements for optimizing Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes/applications- Strong written and communication skills- Certification as a Hyperion Planning & Essbase Developer- Proven experience in designing solutions- Determination, self-motivation, and eagerness to take on new challenges- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic business environment- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently to support Clients/BusinessesLocation: Gurgaon / Hyderabad / Bangalore,
