Job Opportunity

Gain hands-on experience in the executive recruitment process by supporting consultants in sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting research, and learning client advisory fundamentals as an intern.

  • Source candidates for technical and professional roles through job portals and referrals.
  • Screen candidate profiles for suitability and support CV submissions to clients.
  • Conduct industry research and talent mapping to build candidate pipelines.
  • Assist consultants with interview coordination and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Provide detailed evaluation and input into candidate assessments using structured scripts and feedback formats.
  • Polytechnic graduate or university student with internship or temp experience.
  • Responsible detail-oriented and accountable.
  • Street smart resourceful and proactive in learning.
  • Strong sourcing ability; communication skills an advantage.
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Training and guidance from experienced consultants.
  • Hands-on exposure to executive search in engineering and construction industries.
  • Opportunity to build research sourcing and client support skills in a fast-paced environment.
