Full-time Retail Sales Associate up to SG$5,000/month, no experience neededWe are looking for open-minded, active people interested to work in the fast-growing international company with a real career development potential.The rapidly growing international chain of adult toys supermarkets opened its first store in Singapore.* You can be yourself - no dress-code, friendly atmosphere* You will learn a lot about improving people's relationships and will be able to help them to live a better life* You will learn about sales techniques and become a professional* You can grow with us, as this is only our first store in Singapore, more stores will be opened soon.Salary Commission and Working hours:SGD$2,500-5,000 depending on working hours and performance (basic salary from SGD$2,250 during a 2-month probation)Commission Rate: 3% - 5%Overtime Pay44 hours per weekWork by shifts 6-12 hours from 12:00 to 00:00, mostly 12 hours shiftsShop address is 1/F 222 Geylang RoadBonuses:Yearly bonusMonthly Sales or Product CommissionPunctuality bonusChristmas & Chinese New Year & Paid Birthday bonusesStaff discount after probationCommissions & bonuses may be changed, introduced or cancelled upon management decision.Job Duties and Requirements:Providing good customer service & salesPerforming other tasks & duties as assignedGood working attitude & customer communication skillsFluent English & Preferably Mandarin (Because need to deal and communicate with Chinese speaking customers)Preferably with immediate availabilityOUR ADVANTAGES:* Career opportunities in international company* Competitive salary & flexible schedule* Friendly team, casual wear during work* No experience needed
