This role will involve both litigation and arbitration. Most of the matters are large scale and high profile acting on behalf of local and international clients. As part of our continued strategic expansion in the Asia Pacific region, and a commitment to developing regionally focussed practice groups, this is a new growth opportunity based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Assist the Partners and other team members on a range of complex and large-scale matters Work across an allocated caseload of both non-contentious and contentious matters Research and draft documentation, advice and correspondence Prepare for and participate in business development-related activities Candidate Profile Between 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in Singapore acting for and advising clients Strong academic results and must be qualified to practise in Singapore Experience in commercial litigation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration Ideally exposure to or experience working on cross-border disputes (not essential) Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail Analytical and critical thinking skills commensurate with level Proven ability to work as part of a team with limited supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills and networking ability The Firm When you work at Clyde & Co, you join a team of 500 partners, 2,400 lawyers, 3,200 legal professionals and 5,500 people in nearly 70 offices and associated offices worldwide.
