Early Childhood Music Educator

We are seeking an experienced music educator to deliver a structured, play-based music curriculum for young children.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching foundational music skills to children aged 18 months to 6 years, including singing, movement, and instrumental learning. The educator will also plan, lead, and reflect on music lessons aligned with the centre's educational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach music classes to preschoolers using a variety of instruments and methods
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Track and document children's musical progress using checklists and anecdotal records
  • Support performances, school events, and year-end concerts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in music education or related field
  • Proficient in at least two musical instruments
  • Familiarity with solfege, suzuki violin, or keyboard instruction is a bonus
  • Classroom experience teaching music to preschoolers is essential

Working Hours & Locations:

  • Monday to Friday, within operating hours (scheduled shifts)
