Senior Culinary Specialist

The Senior Culinary Specialist is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of a restaurant, including menu planning, kitchen staff supervision, food production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry and possess a deep understanding of cooking practices, food storage methods and food preservation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage menu planning to ensure that dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize supplies.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
