Client Acquisition Executive - Pantry Solution Tasty Snack Asia is an exciting startup looking for a charismatic, energetic, and passionate individual to join our teamOverview The core responsibilities as a Client Acquisition Executive are to generate high-quality B2B leads, nurture them through the sales funnel, deliver impactful product presentations, and convert them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. What You Will Do Generate and qualify new business leads through multiple channels. Manage and convert incoming leads into long-term clients. Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals. Identify client needs and position Tasty Snack Asia’s solutions effectively. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and report progress regularly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Manage and retain existing client accounts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Represent Tasty Snack Asia professionally as a brand ambassador. What You Are Fresh graduates or proven experience (1-2 Years) in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and storytelling ability with a client-centric approach. Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Can do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage on new opportunities. Highly adaptable to changing business environment, team structure and job activities.
