Head, Healthcare Partnerships – Corporate Solutions Work with Head of Operations, Claims, Healthcare, other Group Stakeholders across AIA and current and existing providers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to drive and implement strategic initiatives and projects to support AIA's Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS). Responsibilities Lead the Healthcare Partnership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives including benefit redesign and steerage to enhance medical services and expand networks (within Singapore and regionally), to achieve our KPIs of VONB, OPAT, and ANP including collaboration with Healthcare, Life Ops on joint healthcare initiatives. Onboard and perform due diligence on new providers and/or new initiatives with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure adherence to regulatory and AIA guidelines. Collaborate with Provider management and Healthcare team on oversight of the network providers to ensure they comply with outsourcing requirements, meet service delivery standards, manage active clinics, and achieve cost containment initiatives including annual audits and due diligence. Review and collaborate with Operations, Claims, Healthcare and Analytics to enrich data quality for healthcare analytics and provider management. Represent Corporate Solutions at Healthcare Steerco to drive and provide insights on Integrated Healthcare Strategy relating to Corporate Solutions and Joint Healthcare initiatives, including submissions to Group Office on healthcare-specific targets and KPIs. Join regular engagement with key providers, intermediaries and key clients to showcase healthcare partnerships, benefit design changes and steerage opportunities. Develop business case(s) and obtain stakeholder approval for various opportunities / initiatives identified. Requirements Degree holder At least 8-12 years working experience in corporate solutions, health insurance, medical providers and/or third party administrators (TPAs) supporting corporates Strong understanding of healthcare system in Singapore Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects effectively Able to work in dynamic environment, manage complexity and outcome focused Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and managing senior stakeholders Strong and effective communication, interpersonal relationship skills and a team player Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
