Key Position: Associate Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the lifecycle of new handlers, ensuring their seamless integration with design rules and collaborating closely with engineering and NPI teams to minimize constraints.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the handler buy-off lifecycle, encompassing documentation, system updates, procedure standardization, matrix maintenance, and change control.
  • Analyze and enhance handler capabilities to meet production and customer demands, including capability studies and evaluations. Provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure handler compatibility with design rules through implementation and collaboration with engineering and NPI teams to mitigate potential issues.
  • Identify and resolve handler-related problems, contributing to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical/electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent field.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and quality processes, as well as experience with handler systems and integration processes, is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by effective communication abilities.
  • Graduates without prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
