We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Professional with expertise across multiple domains, best practices and technologies. This role requires someone who can deliver enterprise-level infrastructure services, manage data centre and server room operations and execute new initiatives to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver essential enterprise-level infrastructure services (network, servers, backup systems, desktop) to public sector agencies and non-government entities.
  • Manage and maintain data centre and server room operations through effective management of network infrastructure and vital components to ensure service continuity.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives and enhancements that result in innovative use of network and server technologies.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and outsourced service providers to plan, manage and deliver infrastructure service projects.
  • Work with ICT capability centres to design and deploy infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Oversee infrastructure service monitoring and maintenance, coordinating with service providers to resolve issues and implement changes.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle from budget preparation to vendor selection and invoice verification.
  • Develop and track budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as the point-of-contact for the Infrastructure team for new projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in designing, deploying and managing enterprise-level ICT infrastructure services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network and server technologies, complemented by expertise in supporting areas such as infrastructure security.
  • Proven experience in ICT Infrastructure management with proficiency in data centre operations, vendor management, networking and infrastructure concepts.
