Track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues to ensure timely execution. Prepare and consolidate PMO reports, dashboards, and steering committee decks . Work with Project Managers and Business Leads to ensure compliance with project lifecycle, budgeting, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) for planning and resource management. Maintain and update project documentation, including RAID logs, schedules, and financial tracking . Support audit and regulatory reporting related to the project portfolio. Help streamline PMO processes and continuously improve reporting tools and templates. Requirements Minimum 5 years of PMO experience within banking or financial services. Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or payments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and SDLC/Agile methodologies . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint , and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Clarity, MS Project ). Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
