About the Role: Support delivery of academic and behavioural strategies with students. Help students practice skills and build independence throughout the day. Collect and share observations/data as directed. Follow plans and feedback from teachers and specialists. Communicate professionally and collaborate with staff. Position Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working with children who require individualized support. Exceptional interpersonal communication and professional collaboration skills. Must demonstrate flexibility, strong work habits, and a positive attitude. Strong organisational skills and excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in using computers and other forms of technology. Strong references and attendance record. Qualifications: Prior experience working with students requiring additional support in an inclusive school setting. Relevant educational certificate/diploma preferred.
