The Construction Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of next generation liquid fuels projects from conception through to completion. This leadership role will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. Excellent opportunity in the sustainability space. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional project teams, establishing clear goals and deliverables. Oversee the development, planning, and execution of advanced liquid fuels projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies throughout all phases of the project. Drive project milestones, monitor progress, and implement effective risk management strategies. Ensure effective allocation and management of resources, budgets, and schedules. Review technical design, feasibility, and implementation plans, providing strategic guidance and solving complex challenges. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management and investors. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field. Significant experience in project management for large-scale energy, chemical, or fuels industry projects, preferably spanning the complete project lifecycle. Demonstrated knowledge of next generation liquid fuels technologies and regulatory frameworks. Ideally with a background in petrochemicals, Refineries or Biofuels. Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience within Southeast Asia and the ability to engage with a diverse, multi-cultural workforce is a plus.
