Job Overview 综述 Advanced Engineer, I&E Maintenance, Manufacturing Expert Responsibilities 职责 Provide design and technical support services for troubleshooting, maintaining and making modifications/additions to the plant Instrumentation/Electrical systems for accurate and reliable operation. Primary technical area of responsibility is Instrumentation/Electrical engineering. Provide safe, environmentally sound and cost‐effective solutions. Support the day‐to‐day maintenance needs as required by plant operation, especially on equipment troubleshooting. Optimize spare parts based on criticality ranking. Review and update PPM programs periodically for effectiveness. Participate in the Turnaround maintenance team, planning and coordinating unit turnarounds to meet all TA KPIs. Follow Mechanical Integrity guidelines for the Instrumentation/Electrical discipline. Coach instrumentation/electrical technicians on skill improvement and quality root cause failure analysis. Monitor bad actors for the site and lead root cause failure analysis of Level A and B to prevent recurrence. Lead and propose capital projects for the site based on past failures and recurring issues. Drive efforts to meet Site Maintenance, Reliability and Capital project KPIs. Develop sustainable, viable solutions and ideas in the area of expertise and drive productivity programs. Analyze maintenance history, preventive and predictive maintenance data to identify areas of concern and propose improvement projects. Provide project engineering support for additions to the facilities, including design and schedule. Support ISO and SOX compliance. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Qualifications 要求 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. 3–6 years of experience in petrochemical or refinery environments. Computer use and application skills related to instrumentation and electrical code design. Knowledge of design and drafting techniques. Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral. Proficiency in SAP.
