Product Manager

At Red Elk Studios, we are dedicated to creating immersive and unforgettable gaming experiences. We are currently seeking a Product Manager who shares our passion for Free to Play games and who can contribute to shaping the IMVU Metaverse project in collaboration with Together Labs.As a Monetization Assistant at Together Labs, your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of strategic promotional campaigns for IMVU. This will involve setting up and launching promotions, creating and editing promotional content, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of campaigns. Additionally, you will manage in-game communication calendars, address customer inquiries related to promotions, and ensure the smooth implementation of promotions through data entry and quality assurance in content management systems.Key Responsibilities:- Creating and launching promotions for global sales and localized campaigns across different platforms- Generating and editing promotional messages- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of promotions- Managing the communication calendar for in-game promotions and events- Responding to customer support inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance user experience- Setting up promotions and communications in internal content management systems- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of data entry through quality assurance- Assisting with messaging setup requests from external teamsQualifications:- 3+ years of project management experience- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Effective written and oral communication abilities- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace- Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML- Knowledge of essential business and marketing concepts- Familiarity with working in the PST time zoneBonus Points:- Interest in mobile games and/or experience as a power user of IMVU- Curiosity in exploring innovative marketing strategies for in-game currency and productsJoin us at Together Labs, where we are revolutionizing virtual worlds to enable global connections, creativity, and earning opportunities.
