We are looking for a Lead Chemical Engineer/Chemist to work with the APGC Water RD&E team in Singapore . What You Will Do Lead or collaborate on innovation development and deployment (chemistry, digital, and equipment) for data centre customers. Provide technical insight on hurdles in innovation development. Conduct lab and field tests. Analyze test data, document, and report results clearly. Develop application guidelines for new products or technologies. Identify customer needs and gain first‐hand insights for innovation ideas and multi‐year roadmap building. Develop third‐party collaborations in technology development or assessment. Provide advanced technical support to sales and customers, including technical training, exchange, and troubleshooting. Travel 25‐50% of the time. Minimum Qualifications Ph.D. or M.S. in chemical, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. M.S. with >5 years or Ph.D. with >3 years of technical or research experience. Experience in the data centre industry. Self‐starter with strong initiative and drive. Ability to deliver complex information in an easy‐to‐understand format. Creative problem‐solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in liquid cooling, closed‐loop cooling, or thermal system design. Chemistry background and experience. Project management skills and experience.
