Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with their needs, offering expert advice on electrical tools and equipment.
  • Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell products and services, aiming to meet sales targets..
  • Inventory and Merchandising: Maintain accurate inventory records, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are clean, organized, and appealing.
  • Logistics: Prepare customer orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly packed and documented.
  • General Operations: Help maintain a clean and safe store environment and perform other duties as required to support the team.
  • Ad-Hoc Operations : Help assist on ad hoc operations on site when required (Pull out test, Etc)
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Experience in a similar retail or hardware role is a plus.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week.
