You will be part of the Business Impact Team within the Europe Business Intelligence Center of Excellence at Europe Sector. Your role requires a strong background in Business Intelligence and a keen interest in Retail Measurement Service (RMS) analytics focused on Nielsen database.Your primary responsibility will involve managing the RMS analytics agenda, including routine reporting for various business forums and addressing ad-hoc requests from C-Suite leaders across Europe, such as the Europe CEO, Categories SVP, Categories Finance Senior Director, FP&A Senior Director, and Insights & Analytics VP. Your experience should allow you to adapt existing reports to meet the evolving business landscape within PepsiCo.You can expect to engage in extensive data manipulation using tools like Excel, PowerBI, and various data sources such as NIQ, Circana, Global Data, Kantar, YouGov, and Ipsos Household Panel.Your key responsibilities will include contributing to critical business forums using PepsiCo's Dashboards Suite - PPD for accurate diagnostics on PepsiCo, Competitors, and Category performance. You will focus on Quarterly Reviews, Competitive Review, PepsiCo Europe CEO LT meetings, PepsiCo Europe TownHalls, PEC/Cluster QGM reporting, ensuring cross-country & cross-category analytics.Additionally, you will manage ad-hoc requests and business inquiries using multiple data sources like NIQ, HHP, Euromonitor, and support the Growth Navigator project to incorporate a human-centric approach to data analytics and PPD. You will provide insights to your manager on reporting optimizations, be an expert on the new Nielsen Discover platform, and aid in expanding Shopper Analytics capabilities.Qualifications:- Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred, Statistical background preferred)- 6+ years of experience with RMS analytics and developing BI solutions- Advanced Excel / Powerpoint skills, Power BI knowledge is advantageous- Expertise in NIQ, Global Data, Circana- Knowledge of Household/Shopper panel databases/metrics (Kantar, GFK, IPSOS etc.) is beneficial- Proficiency in European Markets; experience in Asia, Middle East & Africa is a plus- Structured thinker / problem solver with independent work capabilities- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong collaborator with a great team spirit- Language: English Fluent,
