About the Department
The department plays a crucial role in managing bullion operations, ensuring quality service, compliance with regulations, and efficient logistics.
Job Responsibilities
Engage customer experience with quality service provided.
Perform due diligence on customer surveillance and AML checks efficiently.
Process system updates for customers' purchase and sale of gold products.
Perform reconciliation of physical stock inventory.
Issue to and receive gold from security transport companies.
Liaise with GM Commodities desk and security transport companies on shipment logistics, dates, quantity, flight, pick up, delivery, etc.
Prepare daily/monthly statistical and stock summary.
Job Requirements
Strong physical attributes/fitness as there will be lifting/moving of precious metals.
Diploma holder/Degree holder.
At least 3 years of experience in operations/bank branches/relationship management.
Good track record of strong customer management/relations.
Able to work well independently as well as in a team setting.
Possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly driven, show strong initiative, and can work under pressure.
High levels of competency working with tools like MS Excel/MS Power BI.
Good levels of familiarity with MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
