For more information, visit Job Description The Programme Executive (Outreach & Engagement) works with assigned centres to execute programmes that facilitate interaction and engagement between the community and clients/caregivers. They collaborate with community partners and volunteers, guide centres and volunteers in executing program activities, and establish relationships to serve the unserved and underserved segment of the ID population in Singapore. Responsibilities Network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage community resources and volunteers. Maintain relationships with community stakeholders for sustained volunteerism and client participation. Implement, review and evaluate programme impact, identify trends, and communicate findings to relevant internal and external platforms. Design and plan programmes/activities that promote learning, participation and meaningful engagement between clients and the local community. Identify gaps and areas for improvement in programmes and activities. Execute schedules and programmes for clients and caregivers in the Community Inclusive Space/Drop‐in Centre. Orient, recognize and retain volunteers and community partners. Ensure safety and well‐being of community partners, volunteers and clients during activities, including risk assessment and management. Coordinate operational processes to run the Community Inclusive Space smoothly, covering retail, workshop and drop‐in centre functions. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, time‐management and problem‐solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational and written communication skills. Self‐motivated, adaptable and willing to work with people with intellectual disabilities. Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred. Other Information Experienced Training Officers or Teaching Aides with an interest in programme/curriculum planning are welcome to apply. A strong team‐player with excellent people skills.
