Regulatory Affairs, Senior Director (Pharma/Device/APAC)An international healthcare MNC is expanding its footprint across Asia Pacific and is hiring a Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs to play a pivotal leadership role in the region. This is a unique therapeutic area and a high-impact opportunity to lead a seasoned team and drive end-to-end regulatory strategy across APAC and China . You'll be responsible for aligning regulatory and market access efforts with commercial objectives, ensuring smooth execution of registration strategies across diverse healthcare landscapes. A key success factor in this role is exceptional stakeholder management – you will be working across all levels of the organization, including direct engagement with country heads, regional leadership and C‐Suite. Your ability to influence, align, and communicate effectively will be crucial in navigating regulatory complexities and driving strategic decisions. What you bring: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine At least 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs with regional exposure in APAC Proven experience in developing regulatory strategies and partnering with senior leadership Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-level stakeholders across functions and geographies Experience working with CROs will be an added advantage If you're a collaborative, strategic thinker with the confidence and credibility to engage executive leadership, we would like to hear from you.
